RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while owning the end-to-end scheduling process
- Facilitate the entire candidate interview process in a timely manner (meeting tight scheduling SLAs)
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates with a sense of urgency
- Act as an admin for our ATS (Greenhouse) by updating candidate records, tracking recruiting activities, ensuring data integrity, and posting jobs
- Evaluate current solutions, identify improvement areas, and create strategies to optimize recruitment operations in collaboration with the Talent Team
- Develop, maintain, and organize training documentation, user guides and core processes for recruitment systems
- Partner with recruiting teams to develop effective reporting and analytics on the recruiting lifecycle
- Build strong relationships with candidates, team members, and cross functional teams
- Assist with other recruiting operations and HR projects and activities as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and/or talent operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
- Process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
- Experience and proficiency in Google Suite and recruiting tools such as Gem, Greenhouse, InterviewPlanner, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Self-starter with an incredible work ethic
Salary range for this role is $100K to $150K USD (NY). Compensation subject to experience. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases, bonus eligibility, commission, or equity incentive.
