As we build the Web3 ecosystem in Telegram, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Web3 PR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a global Public Relations professional in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the tech, gaming, finance, or software industry. A self-motivated understanding of crypto and blockchain is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will report to the Communications Lead and be responsible for supporting all PR efforts, including product launches and ongoing communications. This role demands the ability to navigate challenges associated with fast product scaling, ensuring clear, proactive, reactive, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Communications Lead and together, craft and execute communication strategies that inform users of product updates, maintenance, and any issues, nurturing transparency and trust.
• Contribute quickly to crisis communication efforts, managing responses to critical situations such as high demand, potential performance issues, and technical glitches, safeguarding our ecosystem’s brand's reputation and the confidence of our community.
• With self-driven determination, maintain established relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the tech, software, and crypto space to secure positive coverage.
• Pen and disseminate press releases, announcements, and other PR materials to communicate product updates, company milestones, and other significant events.
• Absorb, refine, and infuse brand messaging to ensure consistency across all communication channels and reinforce TON's positioning and values.
• Work cross-departmentally to support communication with key stakeholders, including users, investors, and partners, ensuring transparency and trust.
• Monitor all relevant channels, industry trends, competitor activities, and media coverage to inform PR strategies and identify opportunities for proactive media engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to set measurable goals for PR initiatives and analyze their success through various metrics and KPIs.
• Mastery of sentiment analysis tools and software, gauging the heartbeat of public opinion and refining communication strategies accordingly.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in public relations and marketing disciplines within the tech, software, or cryptocurrency space.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, adept at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Able to handle high-pressure situations and manage crisis communications effectively, ensuring clear and transparent communication with users.
• An established network of media contacts in the tech, finance, and blockchain industries is strongly preferred.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and narratives.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and decentralized applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A demonstrated journey of successes, failures, and resilience through public relations and marketing within a fast-paced tech, software, or cryptocurrency environment.
• Personal passion for and deep comprehension of the global blockchain and cryptocurrency community.
• Familiarity with tools and platforms used for tracking and analyzing media coverage and PR effectiveness.
• Willingness to work across time zones. Ability to work with global teams across various time zones (CET +/- 3).
