About this role

Syntropy is a Layer 1 blockchain that powers real-time data infrastructure on any chain. Its foundation is the Data Layer, a protocol that enables chain-agnostic data composability in real-time through utilizing a novel, modular smart contract architecture. Our product architecture includes a permissionless builder’s environment.

We are searching for a Head of Product with extensive product management experience to take ownership and lead Syntropy’s product efforts. You will strive to understand the needs of Syntropy builders and provide them with clarity regarding how the Syntropy Data Layer can help their business, and ensure the platform is ergonomic and frictionless.

In this highly collaborative role with a lot of cross-functional engagement, you will be the critical link that fully understands the economic drivers to the gas-for-data economy, and utilizes chain incentives to create a sticky and rewarding building environment and a robust, modular, streaming-data product catalog.

We're remote-first, so you can be based anywhere, as long as you have a good alignment with European time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the strategic vision and launch of Syntropy Developers Portal; Establish a detailed roadmap with clear milestones, while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. 
• Prioritize Product Feature Sets based on Syntropy’s blockchain & Go-to-Market strategies to maximize market adoption and strategic growth.
• Craft a compelling product narrative and developer-oriented use-cases that showcase the potential of our technology to disrupt the norm in blockchain data accessibility.
• Build the process and structure to convert developer desires and problems into product features. 
• Collaborate effortlessly across different functions: Engineering, R&D, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure a unified focus on the roadmap and product workstreams.
• Work with the global, country, and regional 3rd party development teams to stay on the forefront of product integration.
• Cultivate impactful relationships with key projects in the Syntropy ecosystem, contributing to Syntropy’s adoption and growth.
• Drive product development and decision-making through a data-centric approach, ensuring every step aligns with our strategic goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, which includes work in the Web3 space.
• Demonstrable experience in a Product Leadership role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and experience driving innovation-focused product development in a fast-paced setting.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystems.
• Track record of cultivating impactful relationships within the Web3 community.
• Exceptional communication, relationship- and narrative-building skills with a focus on developer-oriented use-cases.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and a commitment to excellence.
• Preferred: Experience building technical B2B developer products
