What are we looking for? We are looking for someone to support us in accelerating awareness of our brand in the market and ensure adoption of the protocol. We want to be seen as the most trusted De-Fi protocol in the space and to do this we have to be thought leaders as well as educators, creating meaningful conversation and inspiring content.. We have bold and ambitious goals and we need someone with a bias to action and a focus on execution to ensure we are on track to grow our market presence. Responsibilities:

Develop the brand, tone of voice and key messaging for the business, growing awareness of Nova in the market Create and implement SEO strategy to improve Nova’s search engine rankings in order to drive more organic traffic Design growth campaigns and execute them based on data and SEO strategy Responsible for the production of all long form content linked to weekly/ monthly key messaging across the website and blog Overseeing all brand creative Produce monthly marketing email/ newsletter nurturing people through our funnel Conduct 1:1 outreach to podcasts, crypto influencers to secure opportunities for Nova Fundamentally you will work with the rest of the team to grow Nova’s bottom line.

Requirements for the role:

Experience in content marketing or social media marketing roles, with a background in SEO Have strong written content skills across multiple forms, especially email marketing, creatives, video script, PR article, etc Crypto experience: 2 year + preferred Early stage, pre-product launch experience ideal Be able to work well in challenging and fast-paced environment • A team player with confident and clear communication • Excellent time management and organizational skills A motivated self starter, with a strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and project timelines and deadline
