Tasks
We are a (fin)tech startup that is building range of products and services that are based on blockchain technology. At Bloxxon you will learn about and be able to impact all aspects of blockchain technology, ranging from tokenization to staking and custody of assets.
Requirements
You are an experienced engineer who is ready for a leadership role and not afraid of managing a team.You have previous development experience in fintech and are prepared to demonstrate that you can shape the course of one of Germany's most dynamic fintech and blockchain startups.
Required (technical) experience:
- 5+ years development experience and familiarity with .NET (C#), Angular or React and NodeJS
- Experience with AWS services (Certification is a plus)
- Deep understanding of Microservices architecture
- Being able to setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- (Basic) blockchain knowledge
- Docker experience
Required (non-technical) experience:
- Ability to break down complex engineering problems into smaller workable tasks
- Excellent strategic thinking with a strong focus on finding solutions
- Prior Management experience
- Experience in and general knowledge of the Fintech space
