Job Description:

This is an opportunity for a graduate to join B2C2 and to assume trading responsibility within their first year.

You will learn from experienced traditional finance and crypto professionals with combined experience of 50+ years in the industry. We are a uniquely skilled team, covering both sell-side OTC client flow with high-frequency market making, with a range of product that keeps expanding.

After initial training, a Graduate Trader will be responsible for the daily management of the central risk book:

•Manage the algorithms that make markets on crypto exchanges and to clients.

•Monitor opportunities and dislocations in markets as they present themselves, taking decisive action to capture value.

•Manage the overall market risk of the portfolio.

•Work closely with B2C2’s developers and operations team to ensure smooth operation of the franchise.

• Analyse our bespoke data to identify patterns and improve our trading and algorithms.

What we're looking for:

• Degree from a top tier university in relevant quantitative field.

• Clear communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment and strive under pressure.

• An entrepreneurial and ambitious approach with an intuition for risk.

• Keen interest in financial and crypto markets.

• Proficiency in Python or Java a plus.
