Responsibilities We are seeking a Product Lead to support our Head of Product in driving the strategy, design, and execution of Noble’s core offerings, with a focus on retail users and mainstream adoption. This role is ideal for someone who combines product management expertise with a strong understanding of consumer financial products and digital adoption strategies. As Product Lead, you will help shape go-to-market strategies and execute product initiatives that make Noble’s products—such as Noble Dollar, Noble Swaps, and Noble Lend—accessible, trusted, and impactful for users around the world.
PRODUCT STRATEGY & EXECUTION
Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to define product strategy and roadmap for Noble’s offerings (Noble Dollar, Noble Swaps, Noble Lend, etc.) and their retail applications Translate user insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications Manage engineering resources (internal and external) to deliver against roadmap priorities on time Create and maintain product-specific documentation that aligns stakeholders and accelerates execution Monitor product performance metrics and iterate rapidly to improve adoption, retention, and engagement among retail users
RETAIL & USER FOCUS
Leverage retail finance experience to design intuitive onboarding flows and asset management features Champion retail user needs in product discussions, ensuring accessibility, simplicity, and trust remain core to the experience Collaborate with marketing and community teams to deliver campaigns, tutorials, and educational content that resonate with retail users Interface directly with customers to gather feedback, validate features, and refine the user experience
CROSS-TEAM COLLABORATION
Coordinate across all stakeholders: traditional financial institutions, wallets, consumer-facing businesses, on/off-ramps, exchanges, custodians, vendors, and financial service partners to align incentives and ensure seamless product delivery Work with engineering and design teams to prototype, test, and launch features that address real user pain points Partner with data and analytics teams to track KPIs, analyze behavior, and surface insights to inform product iteration. Balance forward-facing and technical responsibilities, serving as both a bridge to external stakeholders and a driver of internal execution.
RequirementsÂ
5+ years of product management experience, preferably in retail fintech, consumer finance, or payments Strong understanding of retail user behavior, adoption barriers, and engagement strategies Experience in retail crypto products or apps, such as consumer wallets, tokenized assets, or stablecoin products Track record of launching products that reached tens of thousands of users or more. Hands-on familiarity with UX research, A/B testing, and growth loops for retail adoption Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives Proficient in spoken and written English
