    • Maintain and organize internal data rooms, ensuring documents are accurate and up to date.
    • Track and manage internal applications and systems for reporting, compliance, and planning.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing payments, including investor funds, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
    • Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow tracking across entities.
    • Maintain financial records and assist in preparing investor updates or audits as needed.
    • Collaborate with legal counsel to draft and manage contracts, NDAs, and other legal documents.

    • 5+ years of experience in operations and/or finance roles, preferably in startups or technology companies.
    • Strong understanding of HR systems, payroll platforms, and financial software.
    • Experience working with legal counsel, accountants, and cross-functional teams.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
    • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in fintech, crypto, or DeFi environments.
    • Familiarity with tools such as Gusto, QuickBooks, Carta, and Notion.
    • Knowledge of U.S. and international business compliance and tax regulations.
We’re a small, tight-knit team building the infrastructure that powers a new generation of financial products - on-chain, composable, and accessible to anyone. We believe the full potential of DeFi is still ahead of us, and we’re here to help unlock it. We also believe that great work comes from people who feel trusted, supported, and aligned with the mission. Here’s how we try to make that happen:
Health Coverage
We offer medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees. For international contractors, we work closely to ensure access to appropriate local or global health coverage.
Flexible Time Off
We don’t track vacation days. Take the time you need to rest and recharge—we trust you to manage your schedule.
Remote-First by Design
Our team spans time zones and geographies. We work async, with a focus on autonomy over micromanagement.
Parental Leave
Paid leave is available for new parents, whether you’re the primary or secondary caregiver.
Learning & Development
We offer stipends to support ongoing learning - whether it’s a course, a conference, or something else that helps you grow.

We’re not here to build just another crypto project. We’re here to make DeFi usable, scalable, and meaningful. If that excites you, and you want to work with a group of people who care deeply about what they’re building - we’d love to talk to you
