About the Opportunity As we strive to continue strengthening our compliance capabilities, w are seeking a strong Compliance Manager to lead optimisation and execution of global and entity-level compliance risk assessments across various domains such as FC, Sanctions, AML, ABC, Marketing. What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the execution of the annual Global FC Risk Assessment ensuring timely delivery and comprehensive documentation.
Perform domain-specific risk assessments across areas such as Anti-Bibery and Corruption, Marketing, Sanctions, and privacy.
Partner with key stakeholders, including relevant business line leads, control owners, data advisory, and other areas to procure relevant data in a timely and accurate manner to support the risk assessment.
Conduct Risk Assessments for existing products, evaluate regulatory exposure and work closely with Assurance and Audit Teams to test effectiveness of controls effectiveness.
Develop and maintain a formal risk assessment notification process for transparency and cross-functional alignment.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) for all aspects of the risk assessment lifecycles.
Manage the execution and periodic update of the Global Country Risk Rating and methodology.
Define and monitor risk assessment KPI's and KRI's across the organization.
Conduct risk control self assessments to evaluate aggregated risk exposure and recommend control enhancements as needed.
Refine the risk assessment methodology, introducing enhancements to improve precision, consistency and scalability to be reviewed periodically by appropriate stakeholders.
Leverage and analyze quantitative data to identify risk trends and inform assessment outcomes.
Provide Risk Assessment Advisory support to local entities, including guidance for periodic risk assessments due diligence requests, license applications and registration processes.
What We Look For
Experience conducting BSA/AML and OFAC Risk Assessments
Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in consulting
Experience developing or integrating risk assessment tooling or automation within GRC system
Familiarity with ERM-aligned risk taxonomies and mapping to enterprise risk frameworks
Understanding of jurisdictional regulatory requirements ( e.g. FATF, FinCEN, MiCA, MAS)
Ability to lead cross-functional working groups to complete risk assessment requests.
Excellent communication skills and attention to details
Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, law or related field.
