Design and implement testing frameworks for governance and control procedures to support risk management and compliance efforts. Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing controls to ensure effectiveness and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams to update governance policies in response findings, regulatory changes, and emerging risks. Provide training and guidance to staff on governance best practices and procedures. Prepare detailed reports on governance performance and present findings to senior management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in governance controls.

As a Governance Controls and Testing Manager, you will contribute to building robust in-house risk management capabilities for derivatives trading, streamlining processes, and ensuring real-time, accurate risk information is available to all stakeholders. Base pay for this role is expected to be between $153,000 - $207,000 USD for New York City and San Francisco Bay Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package.
