Exodus is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead our Solana integration efforts and take wallet support to the next level. In this role, you’ll own everything from wallet integration to fine-tuning smart contracts, ensuring a fast, seamless, and reliable experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in the Solana ecosystem and knows the chain inside and out. You’lll be responsible for optimizing our existing Solana implementation and building the features that will define the next generation of Solana experiences for Exodus customers.
What You Will Do
• Contribute meaningful code for Solana features across the Exodus products. • Identify areas for Solana integration improvements. • Improve smart contract development for new products. • Take ownership of all Solana integrations and fixes.
Who You Are
• Expert level proficiency in JavaScript, with experience building modern, performant applications. • Deep expertise with the Solana blockchain, including Solana’s architecture and account model. • Proven experience developing Solana wallet integrations. • Hands-on experience building fullstack Solana Web3 applications, from smart contracts to frontend dApps. • Proficiency in writing, testing, and deploying Solana smart contracts. • Understanding of various NFT and Token Standards.
A Plus
Contributions to open-source projects, especially within the Solana ecosystem. Proven experience shipping production level React Native mobile applications. Experience developing financial or DeFi applications.

Benefits
Health: Most of our health insurance plans are covered 100% for you and covered 50% for your dependents. We’ll also cover dental insurance. If you are outside of the United States, we will reimburse you up to $500 per month for any medical and dental insurance for you and your dependents.
PTO: 30 days of paid time off per year on top of a flexible schedule where you can work wherever and whenever. If you’re part-time with us, you’ll still receive 15 days of paid time off.
Unlimited Bereavement: We will pay you your full salary for the first two weeks for the loss of any immediate family members, but we allow you to take all the time you need to grieve outside of that.
Parental Leave: 13 weeks of fully paid leave with and a month of flexible work for the primary caregiver. 4 weeks of paid leave if you are the child's secondary caregiver.
