Working At Bitso

We are a diverse team that takes pride in understanding the perspectives of others. We fully embrace working remotely and we are eager to act, improve and accelerate progress inside and outside of our organization.

The Paid Growth Lead owns paid acquisition end-to-end across all major channels. This role is responsible for building, scaling, and systematizing Bitso’s paid growth engine — not just running campaigns. You will have full ownership of budget, channels, experimentation, and tooling, and you are expected to move faster than the organization around you.

Bitso is the leading wealth management platform in LATAM, serving millions of users across the region at the intersection of financial services and blockchain technology. We build products that empower users with more profitable, efficient, and accessible financial solutions, and growth is a core part of that mission.

This is a builder role reporting directly to the CMO. You ship weekly, automate aggressively, and design systems that compound over time rather than relying on one-off wins.

Reports To

Chief Marketing Officer, Bitso Retail

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience scaling paid acquisition in fast-moving environments
  • Deep experience with Meta Ads and TikTok; additional platforms are a strong plus
  • SQL skills and comfort working with raw event data
  • Proven ability to operate independently from centralized analytics teams
  • High fluency with AI tools, AI agents, no-code solutions and automation for growth workflows
  • Experience scaling UGC and influencer-driven ad production (Arcards.ai, Creatify, Heygen or others)
  • Strong creative instinct paired with analytical discipline

What You Will Do

  • Paid acquisition across all major channels
    • Own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and other major performance channels (e.g. Reddit, Moloco, DSPs, emerging platforms)
    • Decide where to spend, how much to spend, and when to scale or kill campaigns within agreed guardrails
    • Run weekly arbitration of budget, experiments, and channel prioritization

  • Growth experimentation & velocity
    • Design and run continuous experiments across creatives, copy, audiences, formats, and platforms
    • Operate with short test cycles and fast decision-making
    • Ship, kill, and iterate weekly — no long feedback loops
  • Creative systems & feedback loops
    • Build a tight creative feedback loop where performance data directly informs new concepts
    • Drive high creative throughput without slowing execution
    • Partner with creative, content producers, and influencers to turn insights into volume
  • AI-first execution & automation (core requirement)
    • Use AI agents and automation to accelerate creative production, iteration, and analysis
    • Automate repetitive tasks such as creative analysis, tagging, performance summaries, and test readouts
    • Continuously redesign workflows to remove manual work and increase output per head
  • Data autonomy, measurement & decision-making
    • Define and maintain your own working data structures for paid performance and experimentation
    • Work directly with data using SQL to answer questions independently
    • Combine platform data with internal signals to guide decisions without waiting on analytics teams
    • Operate under imperfect attribution using blended signals rather than single-source truth
    • Make fast, directionally correct decisions instead of waiting for certainty
    • Translate data into actions and weekly decisions, not decks or retrospective reports
  • Team leadership & standards
    • Lead the paid growth team by setting pace, standards, and execution quality
    • Coach junior operators and raise the bar on speed and rigor
    • Be the reference for “how paid growth actually works” inside the org

What success looks like

  • Paid acquisition scales predictably instead of resetting every quarter
  • Creative velocity increases without increasing headcount
  • Decisions are fast, documented, and reversible
  • The team becomes independent from external analytics for day-to-day decisions
  • Paid growth becomes a compounding engine, not a fragile channel

Research in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion suggests that individuals may hesitate to apply for jobs if they do not meet all the listed criteria. At Bitso, we value diversity and your unique strengths could be just what we're looking for. If this role excites you but you don't match every point in the description, we still want to hear from you.
