TON Foundation is looking for an experienced Ecosystem Project Manager for this cross-functional role in the Ecosystem Development team.

You will provide comprehensive support to teams building on TON based on their current needs and the stage of development, referring to the relevant programs and resources in the TON Foundation as well as helping to build synergies across TON projects. Apart from it, you will handle a lot of operational work to support the day-to-day activities of the Ecosystem Support team.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a blockchain foundation, web3 accelerator, incubator or VC, being involved in the management of grants or acceleration programs. They are required to excel in multi-tasking, operational management, project management and communication, as well as have an exceptional level of English and self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Help startups building on TON blockchain to discover growth opportunities within the ecosystem (grants, incentive programs, marketing, business development)
• Process applications and manage regular and effective communication in chats
• Create supportive materials in Notion (checklists, best practices) and manage Projects CRM
• Perform holistic valuations of promising projects from the business perspective
• Identify the needs, propose growth plans and connect projects to the right resources at the right time

Requirements

• 2+ years experience working with web3 start-ups and/or scale-ups in an accelerator, incubator, VC, blockchain foundation or other relevant entity
• Deep understanding of the web3 industry
• Knowledge of the web3 startup development specifics, blockchain ecosystems and the DApp landscape
• Ability to communicate TON’s value proposition and at least basic knowledge of the DApps landscape on TON
• Exceptional operational, organisational and project management skills
• Strong multi-tasking, self-discipline and motivation
• Proficiency in using Notion
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (C1+)
• Ability to propose creative ideas and identify startup growth opportunities
• Passion about web3 startups, proactiveness, and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
