As a Data Engineer/Analyst, you'll be instrumental in turning raw blockchain and app data into actionable insights that drive product decisions, inform market strategies, and power core features across our products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines for both on-chain and off-chain data sources
Performing data analysis to surface actionable insights on user behavior, protocol activity, and liquidity trends
Building and managing internal dashboards and reporting tools to support product, engineering, and operations teams
Collaborating closely with engineering and research teams to support experimentation, metric definition, and model development
Proactively identifying data quality issues and implementing solutions to ensure data accuracy and reliability
3-7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related roles
Proficiency with Python, SQL, and modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, BigQuery)
Comfortable working with APIs, event streams, and real-time or near-real-time datasets
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity
Prior experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is a plus
Interest in DeFi, blockchain, or market infrastructure is highly desirable
Experience with Solana or other blockchain protocols
Familiarity with financial market structure, DEXs, or trading data
Experience working with mobile analytics platforms or large-scale user datasets
