About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Engineer to join our core team building critical, next-generation infrastructure and exchange. You'll be exploring uncharted technical territory and building novel solutions across our stack:

Your duties will include;

• Implement proposed Orderbook, Propagation layer and Consensus Layer.
• Design and Implement risk kernels, clearing house, matching engine collaborating with quantitative.
• Implement Bulk T1 (orderbook) on solana core validator stack (jito-agave)
• Optimize validator consensus and execution (Agave & Firedancer forks) to boost throughput and reduce latency.
• Profile and optimize pathways on our Order Propagation Layer, Consensus layer, Matching layer -> goal is to reach 200k+ orders/sec.

Requirements

• 3+ years of systems-level programming in C, C++, or Rust (we use Rust). Bonus if you’ve built and scaled an orderbook.
• Obsessed with progress, not just activity; eager to dive deep, root-cause issues, and learn.
• Clear, concise communication; high agency; passion for DeFi and high-performance systems
