Dedicated to build and lead advancements in Web3 technologies, GlitchD Labs is developing the GlitchD Stack - built for GlitchD CDK, GlitchD DA, and Zero-Knowledge Virtual Machine (ZK-VM), - for anyone to deploy custom GlitchD stack, DA layer, and off-chain compute protocols.

We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our business development efforts. In this role, you’ll engage with potential partners, generate leads, and assist in growing our presence in the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystem. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about sales, partnerships, and the future of decentralized technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads, partners, and clients in the Web3, DeFi, and blockchain space.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage potential partners and set up meetings.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess their potential as strategic partners.
  • Assist in managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress in CRM tools.
  • Support the preparation of pitch decks, proposals, and partnership agreements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Represent the company in online communities, forums, and industry events to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
  • Provide feedback from prospects and partners to help improve sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Stay updated on Web3, DeFi, and blockchain trends to inform outreach strategies.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or partnerships—preferably in Web3, SaaS, fintech, or blockchain.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and lead qualification.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and part-time while delivering results.
  • Passion for Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
