  What You'll Do

Assist with conducting background checks, generating contracts, and facilitating the seamless onboarding of new employees. Support gathering feedback on the onboarding and offboarding experiences to enhance processes and improve employee satisfaction. Help manage documentation, including certificates, references, and other people data-related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist with the maintenance and daily operations of our HRIS platform (Rippling). Participate in compensation review processes by providing support to ensure fairness and consistency in compensation practices. Help oversee performance management activities by assisting with feedback collection and guidance for team member development. Assist in compiling and analyzing people-related data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, supporting data-driven decision-making. Ensure adherence to HR processes and procedures, supporting consistency and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

We are looking for individuals who:

Have coursework or experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; while a degree is not required, it is beneficial. Have any internship or volunteer experience in HR functions like onboarding, performance management, or employee relations is a plus. Have a basic understanding of employment laws and regulations or are eager to learn and apply them on the job. Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to collaborate and learn, are essential. Are eager to analyze data and develop an analytical approach to problem-solving is encouraged. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important for managing tasks effectively. Can handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Are motivated to learn and grow in the field of Human Resources, staying curious and up-to-date with trends and practices.
