About this role:
You will be part of the Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting into the Head of Group Recruitment. As the 1st hire towards our vision for building the future talent and develop/execute strategies in our next gen of young OKers. This is a senior member where you will partner with local TA Teams and BUs’ stakeholders across Singapore, Hong Kong and USA (as we expand) to develop programs and events. By owning the campus portfolio, you will create unique partnership program. There’s no limitation toward creativity!
Responsibility:
- Develop and strengthen OKX’s as preferred choice of employers with Universities (Career services centers, clubs and societies)
- Bring ideas and strategies related to recruitment of young talent to the group
- Manage projects plan with stakeholders
- Create innovative plans to develop year round campus activities & events with our EB team in increasing our brand awareness
- Monitor new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruitment at OKX
Here's what we are looking for:
- Experience in campus related works within APAC
- Experience with standard campus recruiting and accelerated graduate programs
- Data driven with strong analytical skill to manage and interpret data to internal stakeholders
- Advantageous if you have done something different from the market!
