- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related majors, with more than 5 years of work experience;
- Solid foundation in Java, proficient in multi-threaded programming, JVM, as well as troubleshooting and optimization experience;
- Familiar with the technical architecture of distributed systems, proficient in microservice technology (springboot, spring, sentinel, apollo, nacos, gateway, gRPC, Feign, etc.);
- Good skills in standardized design;
- Good communication and collaboration skills, and strong owner spirit.
