The Job Our new and upcoming products: Lending NFT: Myconstant will be a place where users can get a loan on their NFTs and offer loans to borrowers against their NFTs. In other words, users can use their NFTs as collateral to get loans from other users on the decentralized and peer-to-peer system. NFT Gaming marketplace: where we are aiming to be the single portal/marketplace to sell the most distinguished items from best performing P2E projects. Additionally, the users will have the option to only pay 80% of the price upfront and convert the 20% rest to instalments with 0% interest for 30 days.

We’re looking for someone with experience in building communities in the DeFi space to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all community communications, including Discord and Myconstant Forum. You'll have a lot of fun being here and enjoy being part of our teamwork-based culture and family-like atmosphere.

✅ The scope of work includes:

Community strategy and scheduling - planning content, copy and posting plans Grow Discord & Myconstant Forum’s user base and engagement through various activities Cultivate relationships with the community, actively monitor and respond to DMs and tags, etc. Identify and manage potential influencers interaction Crypto Watch - Competitors, communities, trends … Manage and report of community KPIs

✅ The ideal candidate would have these experiences and skills:

A community builder at heart with experience in building and engaging communities in the DeFi space An understanding & passion for blockchain, cryptocurrency and NFT space An understanding of crypto consumers & you speak their language Concise speaker, storyteller, & writer who can deliver the message to target customers effectively and attractively Sufficient English skills in writing and speaking (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) A fast learner with a growth mindset 💯 Team Culture Requirements
