This is a remote position based in Cayman Islands
- Provide the highest level of customer service to the customers usingour products.
- Communicate well on multiple channels, including tickets, emails and live-chat.
- Achieve key performance metrics related to quality, productivity, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
- Work with internal stakeholders across the organization to resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Exposure with Zendesk is a plus
- Knowledge of cryptocurrencies is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing and responding to customers
