About the Role: As a Developer Relations Engineer at MagicBlock Labs, you will be a bridge between our technology and the developer community. You will advocate for our tools, foster relationships with developers, and ensure they succeed in building real-time appliacations on Solana. Your role will involve creating technical content, engaging with the community, and providing hands-on support to developers using MagicBlock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developer Advocacy: Serve as the primary advocate for developers, empowering them with hands-on technical support and resources to build innovative solutions using MagicBlock’s infrastructure.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture a dynamic developer community through X, Discord and events.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay feedback from developers to product teams to enhance the usability and functionality of MagicBlock’s tools.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality technical content, including tutorials, documentation, and examples, to help developers understand and leverage MagicBlock’s technology effectively.
- Event Participation: Organize and participate in hackathons, workshops, and conferences to promote MagicBlock’s tools and engage with the developer community.
- Open Source Contribution: Build and maintain open-source tools to simplify development and showcase the capabilities of MagicBlock
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with experience in Solana development or other Tier-1 blockchain ecosystems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Developer Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with developer tools, APIs, SDKs,
- Community Engagement: Experience engaging with developer communities and contributing to forums or social media platforms.
- Content Creation: Proven ability to create technical content, such as blog posts, tutorials, and videos.
- Event Participation: Willingness to travel and represent MagicBlock Labs at events and conferences.
Bonus if:
- Previous experience in a Developer Relations or Advocacy role within the Solana ecosystem.
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Public speaking experience and a strong presence in developer communities.
