You would take the lead from navigating through ambiguity, putting ideas into wireframes and prototyping into screens.  Your work contributes to solving the challenges of design in the blockchain space, allowing the technology and its benefits to be accessible to more people out there who would like to get started but do not know where to begin.   Here’s How You’ll Be Contributing ·       You are able to work independently on both B2B and B2C products (Desktop and Mobile) within constraints.  ·       You are a resourceful problem solver, taking initiatives to push the team forward, and able to find alternative methods to solve problems. ·       You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand requirements, provide well-justified solutions and ensure quality standards are met. ·       You will maintain and update our Design System, together with other product designers.  ·       You create Figma flows that range from low-fidelity wireframes to full-fidelity, pixel-ready designs that lead to intuitive user experiences. ·       You have experience in conducting UX research (workshops, user interviews, surveys, etc.), and are able to collaborate with another designer to plan, conduct and synthesise research outcomes into meaningful insights.   This Role Will Give You The Opportunity To ·      Own your impact.  ·      You define and measure the success metrics. ·      Elevate product quality.  ·      You define what ‘good’ looks like to your team and you help them deliver it. ·      Be part of a positive change in the world.  ·       Join us in making blockchain more accessible to mainstream users.   We'd expect that you have more than intermediate proficiency in: ·      Contribute to maturing and maintaining the design system, including component libraries, documentation, and education. ·      Using research and analysis to ground design decisions for our products across web and mobile platforms. ·      Leading design reviews and critiques, providing productive and constructive feedback to fellow designers. ·      Apply a mature understanding of technical engineering constraints and design guidelines where needed. ·       Championing a user-centric approach within the whole organisation by bringing along cross-functional stakeholders in the design journey.   About You ·      3 -5 years of UX experience designing and shipping end to end products. ·      You’ve got a portfolio of well-crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people. ·      You’ve worked with design systems to produce a beautiful and functional design that scales. ·      You practise evidence-based design and can rationalise your decisions clearly and credibly. ·      You have the ability to take on new challenges in fast-paced agile environments. ·      You are a team player with the ability to work effectively remotely. ·      You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·       You have multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.   We’d love to hear from you if you enjoy: ·      Ambiguity - you seek clarity and alignment through collaboration. ·       Learning - you don’t have to know everything, but you have the potential to learn most things quickly.
