TON Station is a premium Telegram-based platform for distributing web games, with a focus on quality, engagement, and community. It’s not just a game catalog — it’s a gamified ecosystem with quests, live events, and a meme culture built around our mascot, Mr.Soon. The project has moved beyond the MVP stage and already attracted 21 million users. Our goal is to become the leading gaming platform in the Web3 space, and now we are looking for a talented and experienced Middle Game Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and refine core game mechanics aimed at retaining users and engaging the audience in gameplay.

• Create and develop quests, in-game events, progression systems, and level design.

• Participate in creating reward systems, staking mechanics, and monetization models, taking into account tokenomics and Web3 features.

• Optimize the game loop to ensure an easy user transition from Web2 to Web3.

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of concepts.

• Prepare and maintain game design documentation and monitor game features from concept to release.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Game Designer, with experience designing Telegram Mini Apps (TMA).

• Deep understanding of game metrics and experience developing game loops focused on retention and monetization.

• Knowledge of Web3 technologies and experience working with tokenomics and staking.

• Experience creating quest systems, progression, and user stories.

• Ability to develop comprehensive documentation and manage the full development cycle of game features.

• Creativity, strategic thinking, and adaptability to rapid changes in the gaming and Web3 markets.

• Strong cross-functional teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities.

• Russian language proficiency is required.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, including NFTs and Play-to-Earn mechanics.

• Experience working with analytical tools to monitor and optimize user experience.
