Skills

-3-5 years of experience working as a visual or digital designer on an in-house or agency creative team -Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Design field or equivalent experience- Solid understanding of Interaction design principles and the ability to drive early discovery and user research activities -Masterful command of digital design principles and experience in creating and managing complex digital products, design systems, and clickable prototypes -Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and a strong command of working within Webflow -Have motion graphics knowledge and experience and can define microinteractions to go with their design solutions (bonus points for prototyping software like Protopie / Principle) -Experience with a modern product design toolchain that includes: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (bonus points if you are comfortable with AfterEffects), Miro, Jira, etc.
