About TAC
TAC is a Layer 1 blockchain with a unique adapter to the TON ecosystem, enabling Ethereum-based applications to access Telegramās massive user base of over 1 billion people.
Our mission is to scale the TON developer ecosystem by attracting Solidity/EVM engineers and supporting the launch of hundreds of new dApps, especially consumer-facing ones through Telegram MiniApps.
Role Overview
We're looking for an engineer to bridge our core technical team and external developers. You'll handle complex technical queries, contribute to improving the developer experience, and help external teams integrate seamlessly with our infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Act as the L3 support engineer for external developer teams, resolving advanced technical issues
- Investigate bugs and relay feedback to the core dev team
- Contribute to internal knowledge base, SDKs, tutorials, and dev tools
- Assist third-party teams in integrating their products and protocols with our infrastructure (code-level and architectural support)
- Work closely with the core team and community to collect and process developer feedback
- Support hackathons and guide new developers through integration and onboarding
What We're Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Solidity and TypeScript; Go is a plus
- Experience building or integrating Web3 products: smart contracts, dApps, working with RPC, ABI, SDKs, wallets
- Ability to understand and navigate unfamiliar codebases
- Prior experience working with external developer teams (support, consulting, dev rel, etc.)
- Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and systems thinking
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written communication, calls, technical docs)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cosmos SDK, EVM chains, or other L1/L2 ecosystems
