We are looking for a Creator to lead our UGC (User-Generated Content) Program to drive our content and community initiatives across social platforms. This role combines hands-on content creation with leadership of our UGC program, ensuring our brand presence is authentic, engaging, and community-driven. The position is remote and reports to the Head of Marketing in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Host Spaces and Lives on X to interact with the community in real time.
- Lead the UGC program, including recruiting, guiding, and activating new affiliates.
- Develop content strategies to grow reach and engagement across multiple channels.
- Engage with community members on Telegram and Discord.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Community teams to align content with campaigns.
- Monitor content performance and share regular reports and insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, digital assets, and online communities.
- Comfortable hosting live sessions, podcasts, or community discussions.
- Skilled in social media trends, short-form content formats, and audience engagement.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to go beyond basic responsibilities to deliver impactful results.
- Flexible to work across global time zones, including collaboration with Asia.
