RECUR is seeking an experienced Director of Social Media to lead campaign initiatives across programming verticals. This person is an experienced marketing strategist who can ideate and implement ground breaking social tactics to promote a vast array of programming priorities, establish a unique voice for our brands, and produce content that resonates with fans and acquires new subscribers. If you are a passionate, innovative, big picture problem solver who can leverage social to drive growth, and who is excited about building a content programming team, this is for you.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Lead a growing team of managers/producers and creatives to bring our experiences to life on social.
• Build the largest and most engaged social followership within the Crypto and NFT space.
• Build a content programming team to develop, produce and publish inspiring and trend setting content and franchises that align with the overarching social strategy.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to launch brand and content campaigns and initiatives.
• Build, manage and maintain growing social communities and crisis social communications, as needed.
• Develop Social reporting strategy and action against insights and data trends with relevant cross-functional leads.
• Work with talent and influencer team to concept and execute influencer-based campaigns
• Inspire a social marketing team to achieve ambitious outcomes in funding the creative class.

You Have:

• 7+ years social media leadership experience, helping define world class brands across social platforms. Gaming experience required. Agency experience preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of and fluency across social platforms, including video-based social media platforms, features, and formats, specifically Discord, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Instagram.
• Experience managing a team of creatives, copywriters and social media specialists
• Proven ability to develop and grow social communities.
• High EQ with proven experience in building social communities inclusive of large and diverse audiences.
• Exceptional ability to identify breakthrough content.
