Job Title: Digital Asset Custody

Location: New York City, NY

Travel/Relocation/Remote: Onsite Hybrid (3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)

Capgemini FS is expanding its Digital Assets and DLT practice. The practice works with large customers in Financial services across Capital Markets and Banking. Our clients engage us on projects to create a shared understanding of new business models that might emerge and to prove the business and technical feasibility of potential solutions. As Technical Lead, you would lead the delivery of these projects.

Responsibilities

• Deep understanding of blockchain based cryptography
• Understanding of features provides by vendor-based Custody solutions like Fireblock , Metaco, Curv etc.
• Understanding of Crypto wallets e.g., Hot, Cold, Hardware based, HD wallets etc.
• Understanding of MPC and MPC algorithms preferably MPC-CMP and private key management.
• Understanding of Application integration with Wallets and Custody solution APIs
• Basic understanding of DeFi protocols and Crypto exchanges while not mandatory, will be a big plus
• Core skills on Java, Spring, Microservices and containers (docker)
• Domain exposure to one of the following areas is strongly preferred– Capital Markets, Equity, Fixed Income, OTC Derivatives, Global Custody, Primer Brokerage, Asset Management, Treasury
• Ability to drive solutioning workshops with clients
• Mentoring and training junior folks on the team along with delivering client projects
• Participate and hiring and mentoring engineering talent
• Ability to plan and execute complex engineering projects
• Consistently raise engineering standards, and keeps on continuously improving

Required Qualifications:

This role requires a high degree of domain and technical expertise. Ability to engage clients in deep solution design workshops and navigate significant unknowns will be a key
