Let’s go!Your mission As an In-App Stories Intern, you will play a crucial role in the daily execution of our In-App Stories feature. You will be responsible for creating and uploading engaging content, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth operational flow. You will also handle day-to-day technical issues, working closely with the Product team to improve the tool and resolve any challenges. What you’ll do

Content creation & upload: Assist in creating and uploading engaging In-App Stories that align with marketing objectives and customer interests. Daily execution: Manage the scheduling and execution of In-App Stories, ensuring timely updates and accuracy. Performance tracking: Monitor engagement metrics, report on effectiveness, and suggest improvements based on data insights. Product management: Identify and escalate technical problems with the In-App Stories tool, working closely with the Product team to resolve them efficiently. Process Improvement: Assist in optimizing workflows to ensure a seamless content management process.

Who you are

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and user engagement strategies. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic knowledge of analytics tools and an ability to interpret engagement data is a plus. Passion for fintech, crypto, and financial markets is a plus. What’s in it for you
