What is most important is that you want to learn and you're not afraid of independently working on projects. You know English at a communicative level and are willing to talk with people using a keyboard as well as at real-life events.

About The Role

You will be responsible for the overall growth of our product's user base, as well as building a network of partners, growing this network, and maintaining close collaboration with them. You will be involved with everything related to growth, from Business Development through marketing to elements of sales. • You are a problem solver with strong project management skills and the ability to fully own strategy and content across multiple marketing channels.
• You have proficiency in social media management and content advertising.
• You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You possess a passion for blockchain technology and disrupting traditional finance.
• You have a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to independently create memes, four-frame cartoons, and/or videos.
• You demonstrate exceptional creativity in content ideation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to stay updated with the latest trends, opportunities, and challenges in the DeFi space. Analyze competitor strategies and market dynamics to inform Chaos Labs' marketing initiatives.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives on and off the platform to iterate strategy and execution
• Uncovering new product marketing opportunities and use cases by engaging with customers, conducting market research, and tracking competitive trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design and product teams.
• Continue to grow current social channels, identify new platform opportunities, and address potential issues.
• Represent the Nightly brand at online and offline events.
• Develop and implement SEO strategy.
