What you’ll be working on:

• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives.
• Rapidly prototyping and developing custom applications, tools, and solutions to meet business needs.
• Utilizing a variety of development tools and technologies, with a focus on speed and efficiency.
• Working in an agile environment to iterate quickly and adapt to changing requirements.
• Providing technical guidance and support to business users as needed.
• Continuously optimising and improving existing applications and processes.
• Staying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the RAD team.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a software developer, with a focus on rapid application development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Experience with rapid prototyping tools and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
