We are seeking an exceptional Data and Tools Software Engineer to join our core team building critical, next-generation infrastructure for the Solana ecosystem.

-Build and own major data driven initiatives at Jito Labs

-Analyze internal and external data sources to improve Block Engine performance

-Inspect the Solana network to understand engineering bottlenecks

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with data infra and tooling (Clickhouse, Influx, Grafana)
• Experience working with high performance databases
• Experience writing robust and correct code
• Rapid visual prototyping experience (Streamlit, Plotly, D3.js)
• Low level systems experience (Rust, C/C++)
• High agency and problem solving ability
