What we’re looking for

We are looking for a Product Manager with a solid technical project management background who will provide leadership in the development of and success of the blockchain product portfolio.

What You Will Do

• Drive innovative and viable new product development strategies and see project from inception through product launch
• Create product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products or digital platforms
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver user research to appropriate stakeholders or products to the market while prioritizing new features, enhancements, or bug fixes accordingly
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer effective execution to realize that vision

Essential Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years product and technical project management experience
• Ability to strategize, plan, and execute on product development roadmap
• Ability to lead projects involving multiple cross-functional teams
• Experience in product lifecycle management
• Experience in defining, designing, and delivering new products
• Self-driven with the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
• Fluent English communicator
• Passionate and up-to-date on the rapidly changing world of blockchain technology
• Values aligned with the Energi culture and values

Nice to Have

• Experience and passion for web3, cryptocurrency, dApps, and blockchain
• Previous roles at fintech, crypto, or software companies
