In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a fun and supportive organizational environment while raising awareness of new products and initiatives. You will develop strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, and projects in the ecosystem, driving adoption through compelling events. Your ability to synthesize organizational messaging and identity will encourage widespread event participation.   WHAT YOU'LL DO

Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute a variety of events for both internal and external purposes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives. Budget and Schedule Management: Keep event plans under budget and on schedule, ensuring efficient use of resources. Sponsor and Collaborator Outreach: Reach out to potential sponsors and collaborators to secure partnerships and support for events. Event Advertising: Advertise events through multiple channels, maximizing reach and engagement. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all event-related expenditures, ensuring financial transparency and accountability. Successful Event Delivery: Ensure that all events are carried out successfully, exceeding expectations.

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, collaborators, and team members. Creative and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop innovative event concepts that drive business objectives. Proficiency in event management software and tools. Budget management experience, ensuring events are cost-effective and within budget. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
