Founded in 2018 and already valued at over $8 billion, Fireblocks is a SaaS platform that helps companies to create innovative products on the blockchain and manage day-to-day crypto operations. Fireblocks is trusted by some of the largest financial institutions, banks, globally-recognized brands, and Web3 companies in the world, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, ANZ Bank, Revolut, and thousands more, to securely scale digital asset operations through the Fireblocks Network and MPC-based wallet infrastructure. We have offices in New York, London, Tel Aviv, and Singapore, and we are continuing to expand our teams to reach new customers globally.

About the team

Our marketing team drives global strategies to engage prospects and customers and generate demand for our products. We’re sales-aligned and partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional partners to bring full-funnel campaigns to life.

We’re seeking an Events & Project Manager to join our team. This is a key role in the Fireblocks marketing team and will contribute directly to our growth. This is an opportunity for someone with a proven track record of building and executing events of all types and sizes, to leverage those skills, contribute to sales pipelines acceleration, and increase customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects, think on their feet, and communicate effectively both internally and externally.

This is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t shy away from team collaboration.

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be a key player in the planning and execution of booth logistics at industry tradeshows/conferences, and a large part of your responsibility will be to project-manage Fireblocks SPARK, the annual Fireblocks user conference. The event brings together global industry leaders who will share expert insights on security, custody, risk, best practices, and the newest blockchain use cases.  In this role, you’ll be responsible for juggling multiple projects, deadlines and creating an immersive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute event marketing programs and design unique experiences - online and offline - to build awareness and demand of Fireblocks brand, products, and services
  • Work with key stakeholders, and cross-functional partners across sales, product marketing, content, and branding teams to develop and execute innovative, immersive, and impactful branded programs
  • Manage Spark events calendar, and project deadlines, and produce event updates to coordinate all aspects of the event (e.g. agenda, timelines, venues, suppliers, giveaways, booth, staffing, budgets, etc.)
  • Provide support for on-site reps and vendors; handle logistical tasks including shipments, registrations, booth service ordering, team prep, travel, booth set-up, and take-down
  • Proactively manage the event budget, track and evaluate results against goals and identify learnings for improvement
  • Conduct post-event wrap-up and analysis
  • Build relationships with customers and industry leaders to collaborate on events
  • Assist with different projects as needed with the marketing team

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of event management experience including field events, tradeshows, conferences, and virtual events/webinars – Experience at a B2B tech company is not required, but would be a bonus
  • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to successfully manage and execute multiple projects with different priorities and stakeholders
  • Clear, thoughtful communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative, able to think outside the box, demonstrable problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience with end-to-end event program production from conception to completion – including third-party and suppliers management, booth design, branding, and logistics
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional groups and executive leadership
  • Ability to travel as required

For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $77,000 - $100,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.

While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of your decision to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission and culture are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
