Responsibilities:

• Budget Management: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and adjusting financial budgets in accordance with strategic plans.

1. Financial Analysis: Perform regular financial analysis to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvements.
2. Cash Flow Monitoring: Aid in the management of cash flows and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
3. Reporting: Prepare periodic financial reports for internal use and ensure they are accurate and timely.
4. Operational Assistance: Assist in company’s finance operations such as invoicing, payments, reconciliations etc.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve financial objectives.
6. Ad-hoc Projects: Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities and projects that go beyond the immediate scope of your role, contributing directly to business growth and stability.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrable analytical skills, particularly in financial modeling and statistical analysis.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and commitment to achieving both short and long-term business objectives.

Nice to have:

• Experience in a startup environment, especially within web3, blockchain, or financial sectors.
• Professional certification in a related field, though not mandatory, will be highly regarded.
• Proficiency in financial software tools and platforms.
