We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Front-End Developer with a strong passion for web3/blockchain technology and a proven track record of creating seamless and engaging user experiences. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills, ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between design and development to deliver top-tier DeFi/crypto applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Development Projects: Take ownership of full-stack development projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions for applications.
- Collaborate with Design Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers (and/or have rudimentary design skills) to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand identity and product goals.
- Innovate and Optimize: Identify and implement improvements in performance, scalability, and user experience across our platforms.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in web3/blockchain technology, integrating new tools and practices as appropriate.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
Requirements
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Strong back-end development skills, with experience in Node.js, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with blockchain technologies (e.g., Ethereum, Solidity) and familiarity with DeFi protocols.
- Design Collaboration:
- Ability to work effectively with design teams, translating wireframes and mockups into functional and attractive interfaces.
- Understanding of design principles, user experience, and responsive design.
- Project Management:
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
