岗位职责
- 负责现货及衍生品交易系统的前端架构设计和技术选型，确保系统的可扩展性、可维护性和性能表现
- 交易业务架构设计与优化：
- 设计并实现交易系统核心模块的技术方案
- 制定前端代码架构规范，确保复杂交易业务代码的清晰性和可维护性
- 针对不同交易场景设计最优的状态管理方案和数据流转架构
- 性能优化与监控：
- 对交易系统进行性能瓶颈分析和优化
- 设计高频交易场景下的性能优化方案，包括数据处理、渲染优化等
- 建立完善的性能监控体系，持续跟踪和优化系统表现
- 稳定性保障：
- 制定前端异常处理和容错机制
- 设计完善的测试策略，确保交易系统的稳定性
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上前端开发经验，其中至少3年金融/交易系统开发经验
- 有大型金融交易系统架构设计和团队管理经验优先
- 精通 JavaScript/TypeScript，熟悉现代前端框架（React，Nextjs）
- 深入理解前端性能优化原理和技术，具备复杂系统性能调优经验熟悉微前端架构，具备大型前端应用架构设计能力
- 熟悉 WebSocket、WebWorker 等实时通讯和并发处理技术掌握前端状态管理方案（Redux/MobX等）及其最佳实践
- 熟悉前端测试框架和自动化测试方案深入理解交易业务
- 熟悉现货/衍生品交易系统的业务特点具备交易系统的性能优化经验，了解高频交易场景的技术挑战熟悉前端监控、日志系统
