About the role

Chainstack is in the active growth phase with an increasing number of customers and workloads. As a Golang developer in our team you will be responsible for adapting and improving blockchain open-source projects like Geth/Erigon/etc and creating something absolutely new inside Chainstack

<aside> 💡 Experience in Crypto and/or blockchain is not a requirement.

Your goals and responsibilities will be:

• Fix bugs/Implement new features in Geth/Erigon blokchain clients
• Adapt those clients to Chainstack infrastructure and operations
• Building new microservices for new products
• R&D of new technologies and delivery of them to production
• Troubleshooting production environment and constantly improving it with Infrastructure Engineers

You will be awesome at this role if you have

• Advanced Go Skills
• Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience building out cloud native microservices architectures
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• You will be even more awesome if you have
• Experience with contributing to open-source
• Previous experience in interacting with blockchain node software (ie. Bitcoin, Ethereum etc)
• Experience in infrastructure automation tools like Helm, Terraform, Ansible, and any continuous integration or delivery tools
• Familiarity with technologies such as distributed computing and cybersecurity
• An exceptional intellectual drive to go deeper down the blockchain rabbit hole
