What You’ll Do:

Xdo Business Development team, a group dedicated to forging strategic partnerships and exploring investment avenues within the Blockchain sphere as we amplify our global ecosystem presence. We are on the lookout for a seasoned professional with a robust background in the Web3 domain to drive the creation of long-lasting partnerships and identify investment opportunities worldwide. You will be offered a unique chance to engage with top-tier products and gain insights from seasoned industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain high-level executive relationships with key stakeholders in prominent organizations.

• Strategic Partnerships: Take charge of significant partner relationships and strategic ecosystem initiatives, from development through to execution.

• Business Development: Spearhead the ideation and implementation of new programs, resources, and capabilities to unlock new business opportunities and achieve overarching company goals (OKRs).

• Partnership Strategy: Formulate innovative partnership strategies that leverage Xdo’s assets and harness partner assets to fuel business expansion.

• Team Culture: Foster a team ethos rooted in integrity, collaboration, customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, fast-paced operations, and a positive outlook.

Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English with a preference for candidates who are also fluent in Chinese.

• Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of the Web3 landscape, with a minimum of three years of professional experience in the field, preferably including leadership in a token launch initiative.

• Network and Resources: Access to a robust network including Access to exceptional VCs/products/developer communities/KOLs resources.

• Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders, and not afraid of hustling and knocking on new doors. 

• Strategic Thinking: The candidate is expected to have the intellectual capacity to prepare and deliver strategy presentations, investment memos, modeling, and analysis on key emerging trends, showcasing intellectual depth.

• Team Collaboration: A collaborative spirit, excelling in both team and individual settings, with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the agility to navigate uncertain situations while working across diverse teams.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. The compensation package will include base salary, tokens, and performance-based variable parts with an OTE ranging from $150k- $230k. The final offer amount will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by multiple factors, including years and depth of experience and expertise, location, and other business considerations.
