Responsibilities:

    • Partner with on-chain business units to design and implement advanced analytics solutions, transforming raw blockchain data into actionable insights
    • Lead analytical support for on-chain campaigns (e.g., airdrops, staking programs), ensuring accurate tracking of user eligibility, rewards distribution, and post-event ROI analysis
    • Build data dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Dune Analytics , Tableau) to monitor key metrics (TVL, user activity, gas trends) and inform strategic decisions
    • Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical

Requirements

    • Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering
    • Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals: Mastery of EVM-based chains (e.g., Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon), including consensus mechanisms, transaction lifecycle, and smart contract execution is mandatory
    • A self-driven team player with the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and techniques such as proprietary analytical software, data models and programming languages
    • Ability to decode transaction structures (e.g., Ethereum’s `txn` fields, Solana’s account-based model) and smart contract logs/events (ABI parsing, event signature analysis)
    • Expertise in Dune Analytics (SQL + dashboarding) and at least one other platform (e.g., Nansen, Glassnode)
    • Ability to query and decode raw blockchain data (e.g. BigQuery public datasets for Ethereum/Solana)
