Onboarding Engineer
As an Onboarding Engineer at Starburst you will:
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration of SEP into the client's data ecosystem.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower users and administrators with the necessary skills to maximize the benefits of SEP.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on SEP, offering insights into best practices, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to address and resolve technical challenges faced by clients during onboarding.
- Create and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation, including step-by-step guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
- Contribute to the company's knowledge base by documenting best practices, use cases, and solutions for common issues.
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in the onboarding process.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and optimize the onboarding experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in a software or data-related environment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, SQL, and data processing technologies.
