Our solution is already employed by more than 40 institutional customers. Tangany is regulated by the German federal financial supervisory authority, BaFin.

Tasks

• Drive technical innovation and oversee processes and best practices required for cutting-edge SaaS solutions
• Take technical responsibility for the development strategy, planning, implementation, integration, testing, and ongoing operational maintenance
• Be responsible for leading and growing a development and engineering team of blockchain and crypto enthusiasts
• Work closely with the CTO and our product leaders to define product roadmaps. Take responsibility for on-time delivery of scaling, high-quality and secure software

Requirements

• Drive for building a blockchain infrastructure solution in a dynamic market
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
• Proven track record of building and maintaining scaling, highly-automated solutions on Azure or comparable cloud environments
• Experience of working in a fintech or blockchain startup preferred
• Detailed understanding of agile software methodologies and processes
• Experience working with product teams in defining tasks and creating roadmaps
• Initiative and flexibility for market development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent German or English
• Computer science or scientific computing degree or comparable qualification
