Lead Infrastructure Engineer
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated infrastructure frameworks for blockchain networks and backend services.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Design, develop, and document tools and pipelines to support testing, debugging, reporting, and monitoring of blockchain applications, networks, APIs, etc.
- Monitor the infrastructure, providing timely responses and escalating issues as needed.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development and deployment process.
- Ensure infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards.
Who you are
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in infrastructure automation, preferably in blockchain or distributed systems.
- Proficiency with mainstream infrastructure automation tools such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Strong development experience with Terraform, Ansible, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Extensive operational experience and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools is a huge plus.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and decentralized application (dApp) development.
- Knowledge of additional tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Elastic Stack (ELK), and Helm is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
