Mr. SNARK is a Web3 application providing an elevated and educational journey through analytics, visualization and collaboration. We offer institutional-grade data and resources, at a cost that represents democratization of data. Our goal is to provide more data, better insights, earlier signals and greater transparency to enable a more informed investor.
*We are looking to establish a TIKTOK channel and looking for the right person to lead. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE BUILDING AND MANAGING TIKTOK WITH THEIR OWN CRYPTO CHANNEL with deep understanding of crypto markets (L1, L2, dAPP, on-chain metrics etc.). Please mention your current TIKTOK handle or managed community (also Twitter handle). INTERNS are welcomed, looking for 20hours/week, small stipend (paid in ETH).
Responsibilities
-Discuss a mix of news, trading, on-chain metrics, technology, developments, any all aspects of Web3 with our App positioned in the background.
-Build and Set-up bulletproof TikTok channel for our brand
-Must dress respectable and come off very presentable, in-line with our Mr. SNARK bulter. Fashionable not degenerate.
-Onboard new users and encourage participation education and learning
-Maintain and promote a vibrant community culture on TikTok
-Participate with marketing team and be a critical member
-Assist and engage in education around interpreting our data sets
-Adhere to definitions of metrics and maintain best practices in accordance with our data providers
-Work closely with Mr. SNARK’s founder
-Synthesize insights from community interactions and surface critical issues to the engineering team
-Keep internal and external informational resources up to date in an environment of rapid iteration
-Contribute ideas and effort to our brand, content, and community strategies
-Manage and scale a team of part-time moderators based globally
Desired Experience
-6 months+ year of moderating a TikTok-based consumer community
-Strong understand and passion for cryptocurrencies
-Strong work ethic, hustle, communication, writing ability, and business development sensibility
-Comfort with semi-technical tasks like using an admin panel and running scripts from the command line or willingness to learn how to do them
-Deep curiosity, relentless resourcefulness, and a growth mindset
-Perfect comfort with frequent context switching
-Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a rapidly shifting landscape
-Patience for helping out the new and unacquainted
