Job Overview
D3 is looking for a Project Manager to help drive execution across our engineering and product teams as we build the first blockchain purpose-built for DomainFi. In this role, you’ll own timelines, streamline workflows, and ensure cross-functional alignment on high-impact initiatives. If you have experience managing technical projects in Web3 and thrive in fast-moving environments, we’d love to connect.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Project Delivery: Oversee the full lifecycle of initiatives from planning to deployment on testnet and mainnet, ensuring high-quality and timely execution across all teams.
- Definte & Track Goals: Translate complex product requirements into executable tasks, define success metrics, and build timelines that align with company milestones.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between engineering, product, design, and go-to-market teams. Foster clarity and communication throughout the organization.
- Documentation & QA: Maintain up-to-date internal and external documentation. Ensure each product and feature release meets quality standards.
- Scrum & Agile Leadership: Run standup meetings, spring planning, retros, and team syncs for multiple initiatives across the organization.
- 3-5+ years experience in project management with a track record of delivering complex technical projects
- Prior experience working on blockchain/crypto projects—ideally L1 protocols, validators, DeFi, or NFT marketplaces.
- Strong command of modern PM tools (Jira, Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and ability to lead technical teams with confidence.
- Technical background in software engineering or product development
- Experience working in early-stage startups or Web3-native organizations
- Comfortable supporting external contributors
- Based in or open to working LA/SF hours
