Job Description: As the Social Media Manager for RARI Chain, you will be the voice of our brand across various social platforms. You will play a key role in building and engaging our community, driving brand awareness, and promoting our mission to foster innovation and maximize earnings for creators and collectors. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of web3, degen and creator culture, and is super passionate about NFTs, creative economy and content creation. You probably already spend a ton of time on X and Farcaster, experimenting with new tools and talking to people online :)Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms including Twitter and Farcaster.Â
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content that speaks to the web3, degen, and creator communities, including threads, memes, Frames, etcÂ
- Monitor social media trends, memes, and discussions relevant to the web3 space to keep RARI Chain at the forefront of the conversation.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Co-hosting X Spaces and other community activations with key team members
- Collaborate with the marketing, community and design teams to align social media campaigns with broader company goals.
- Analyze and report on social media performanceÂ
Requirements:
- Proven experience of effectively running personal or corporate accounts, preferably within the web3 or creator economy sectors.Â
- Strong understanding (and passion for) web3, blockchain technology, NFTs, and degen culture.
- Demonstrated experience in building and engaging online communities.
- Familiarity with meme culture and the ability to create potentially viral content.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
