Job Overview
Genius is seeking a senior Full-Stack engineer with years of experience building across different parts of the application stack as well as contract development expertise. The ideal candidate will join a team building on a novel, MPC based tech stack and has high agency and ownership in building the next generation of non-custodial exchanges to market.
Job Description
- Architect, implement, and maintain novel web3 full stack architecture, leveraging MPC paradigms alongside traditional smart contract ones
- Deep expertise and familiarity with Javascript and web3 libraries (ethers, viem, solana/web3js)
- Contribute to smart contract development and integration, particularly on Ethereum and Solana blockchains and willing to investigate novel architectures like TON.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate various components of Genius’ trading platform, including the proprietary Synchronous Liquid Matching engine
- Manage, maintain, and integrate Genius backend services (indexers, quoting engines, etc.) with our frontend

Negotiables
- Previous experience working at leading DEXs, CEXs, or fintech companies
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols and blockchain ecosystems
Core Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, with expertise in both frontend (React, Next.js) and backend (Node.js) development
- Strong experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with AWS, PSQL, and Docker
- Experience with smart contract development, Solidity (Ethereum) and/or Rust (Solana)
- Solid grasp of security best practices in web and blockchain development
Total Compensation
- 150K-200K base salary
- 0.25%-0.5% founding equity + Token Warrant
- Performance-based bonuses
