Job Description:

Provide expert consultancy services in blockchain technology, working collaboratively with our existing development team to guide architecture, strategy, and best practices. The goal is to enhance our financial blockchain solutions and to ensure that our internal team acquires comprehensive expertise to independently maintain and evolve these solutions.

Scope of Work:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored recommendations for blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos, Hyperledger Fabric, Corda) suited for diverse financial use cases.
  • Work closely with our internal development team to architect and prototype innovative solutions for tokenization, smart contracts, interoperability, and consensus mechanism implementations.
  • Jointly optimize blockchain solutions focusing on scalability, gas efficiency, transaction speed, and cost-effectiveness (Layer-2 solutions, sharding, rollups).
  • Collaboratively advise on infrastructure reliability, node management, network operations, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead security reviews and audits of smart contracts in collaboration with internal team members, identifying vulnerabilities and providing detailed remediation strategies.
  • Partner with internal teams to align blockchain solutions with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Conduct targeted knowledge transfer sessions and provide strategic recommendations to ensure our internal team can confidently manage blockchain solutions independently post-engagement.

Required Expertise:

  • Extensive hands-on experience across multiple blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Solana, Polkadot, Cosmos, Hyperledger, Corda).
  • Demonstrated expertise in consensus algorithms, transaction finality, network communication protocols, and node infrastructure.
  • Proven capability in designing secure, scalable, and efficient blockchain architectures and smart contract systems.
  • Solid experience in blockchain security practices, vulnerability assessments, and risk mitigation.
  • Comprehensive understanding of blockchain regulatory frameworks and compliance considerations specific to financial services.
